Bowls:
Bowls may be used for whole fruits, nuts, chips, etc. They also may be used for salad, but should not be exposed to liquids for any extended periods of time. After use, wipe gently with a damp cloth, and then dry. You may re-oil periodically as needed using a very small amount of mineral oil (do not oil the bottom of the bowl).
Pizza Cutters:

The turned handle should be unscrewed from the kitchen grade stainless steel wheel, and wiped as needed with a damp cloth. For your protection we have taped the extra-sharp cutting wheel. Please use caution when removing the tape. If any gummy residue remains, we suggest rubbing gently with your favorite oil and a paper towel or rag, then washing as usual.

Salt and Pepper Grinders:
Following a few basic rules will keep your grinders working like new for many years to come.
Wipe the bodies of your Salt & Pepper set down with a barely damp cloth as needed.
To fill the grinder, unscrew the knob at the top, marked “S” or “P” by turning counterclockwise. Once that is removed, you can remove the upper portion of the grinder body and pour in whole peppercorns or coarse salt (not kosher salt).
Take note that the salt and pepper grinders are different. Be sure to put the salt in the correct grinder; the salt mechanism is white (ceramic) so that it won’t corrode)
When using your grinders, only turn the head in a clockwise direction.
The tighter you screw on the top knob (marked “S” or “P”), the finer the grind will be.
